She sure is quick to label people as homophobes at the slightest remark whether it is valid or not, but she sure doesn't hold her nasty barbs in and freely slings racial insults all the time! She just insulted the Chinese with some "Ching-Chong" comment she made a few days ago! Why does she get away with that crap?

I really wonder if she will get away with this one. Surely Barbara will at *least* slap her pudgy little hand (if Rosie will stop shaking her finger long enough to catch her). There was a Chinese gentleman on Bill O'Reilly tonight, stating that it was hurtful to his people. He had contacted B. Walters. He said that it brought back hurtful comments like that from when he was a young boy and even later as an adult. O'Reilly surprised me by saying he thought she only meant to be funny. Well, shoot. How many people have made gay remarks and just "meant" to be funny? I don't believe anyone would be laughing if she had lapsed into some other racial dialect. I did hear one funny thing about Danny DeVito being drunk on The View. The remark was....something to the effect, "that's the only way you could be on The View and get a word in." For every stupid thing Rosie does, I come over here to Yahoo. I'm thinking this may be the only place where we can say "ENOUGH already!" Save your show Barbara and get rid of this person. Let's just wait around and see if she keeps getting away "with that crap."

I dont know I think she was out of line when she went after Kelly Ripa. I think gay people tend to be very sensitive and jump the gun when they think they are being put down in a way. As for the Ching Chong comment I doubt she was being racist when she said it. It was probably nothing and taken out of content. Kinda like she did with Kelly. Don't dislike her or like her. I dont know her personally. She does seem to get on my nerves now more then she ever has. I think she is like anyone else though. She has good qualities as well as bad ones.
And celebrities and common people get away with a lot. It's a fact of life.

I thought it was funny when she tried to label Kelly Rippa a homophobe for scuffling with Clay Aiken. He's never officially come out of the closet.

She was nice once I watched her show for a long time, and I could see her changing.I do believe the stardom went to her head. She has lost many fans myself included.
