1. Energy independence + pollution
2. Ending the influence of lobbyists.
3. Balancing the budget
4. Health care
In that order.
I'd include terrorism, but that's really addressed by the first point.

All i learn about Romney that concerns (Being Mormon isn't an project except for Pat Robertson) is that he's replaced his "authentic" values this manner of excellent type of circumstances it makes your head spin. He says even with receives him elected. he's been professional-existence, professional-decision and each and every thing in-between. He lies about what he believes in a determined ploy to get votes. He stands for no longer something and could fall for something. the actual incontrovertible reality that all and dissimilar from Massachusetts I talked to who recalls him charges him the WORST governor in residing memory is purely the icing on the cake. they say he spent extra time travelling round badmouthing his state than somewhat governing.

The war will be top issue, I think. The other big issue will be the Dems trying to link the Repub candidate to Bush and the Repubs trying to link the Dems to high taxes.
This next election will be a study in tactics. The Repubs tend to run against the person instead of the idea. The Dems tend to shy away from personal attacks which is sometimes construed as weakness.

The border and terrorism are the biggest for me, but I'd also like to see America drill our own oil while we start looking for alternative fuel sources. Social security is a big concern, too. Something needs to be done about the cost of medical care, too, but I'm really not in favor of socialized medicine.
Good question!

The war, which will surely still be raging. Terrorism, immigration, health care, the economy and a return to an elected official sitting in the Oval Office, as opposed to the elected official who has operated as a demogogue for the last six years.

The high cost of fuel, and the higher cost of medical care, not too mention the problem with illegal immigrants, and the foreign policies.

THE ECONOMY! In 2000 the economy took a nosedive and never returned.
I want to make the money I used to make when the dems were in office last time. In America (contrary to popular belief) Money makes everything go round.
Merry Christmas to all

With all the heartfelt concerns (terrorism, pollution, constitutional rights, etc.), I think it all really comes down to "how much money do I have in my pocket".
