I just started selling it and I'm kind of shy, but I'm wanting to make this work. I'm a stay at home army wife and I'd love for this to work, any ideas or suggestions would be great. Thanxs in advance.

Hang up posters and fliers in the area. Let them know your name and contact info, and also let them know what they get out of hosting a party. With the holidays coming up, you might also mention that these things can make great gifts. Also, a lot of times people need different skin care or make up routines in the winter. Point out that the changing seasons mean a new regime - and you're just the person to help!

start by asking your friends and family. let them try some of the products. I love mary kay. I have tried everything on the market and mary kay is by far the best. I love their moistuizer, satin hands, satin feet. have your family and friends just try those first they will want 2 buy them. Make sure u try the things that u sell, so u can back it up.

a good idea for this time of year is to have your husband ask his guy friends if they've bought xmas presents for their wives, girlfriends, moms, etc and if not, have him suggest your MK and offer to gift wrap as well. Then don't forget to put your name in the gift somewhere (business card or label) so the ladies know where to re-order from
