I also tried searching "Alaska homes for sale" in google and fsboalaska.com shows up number 3? In yahoo search no where to be found?

The reason a website will show up in one search engine, and not neccesarily another one comes down to the fact that each search engine company uses its own "spiders" or "web crawlers" to index internet sites, and their criteria for ranking one site above another one might be completely different. Although they are often similar, it is not at all surprising to find completely different results for the same search terms in Yahoo or Google. If you are doing well in Google though, you have very little to worry about.
