The park is in Utah. The arches were formed by wind and water erosion. The rock is sandstone.

They are outside of Moab, UT, and they are sandstone rocks that have been washed-out by the years of floods and erosion, forming natural arches that you can actually walk across-that is if you trust them well enough.
