Is it possible for porn companies to charge my boyfriend's credit card without him using the services??
He had a membership in the past and says they are still billing him despite not using and cancelling the membership???

Possible, but not at all likely. The most likely scenario is that he is still a member of the site. Sorry ... but it just seems more logical.

Can they LEGALLY do this? No. But my guess is they figure people are more likely to put up with the charges than risk the embarassment of talking to the credit card company to refute the charges. Put up with the emarassment. But first, call the porn company to express wishes to cancel again. Obtain an address and write to express the same. If and when you write, send the letter Certified Mail with Return Receit. This way they have to sign for it and the post office sends you the reciept with their signature so there is no way they can deny having received your letter. Start keeping track of everything you do pertaining to this matter in a journal. Track date and times of phone calls, letters, etc. This can and will serve as legal documentation if things get that far. It will also convince the CC company that you have made every reasonable effort to handle the matter on your own - which they will insist on before they take any actions on their part. Eventually, even if the porn company doesn't take action, the CC will have to reverse the charges.

I work for a major credit card company and I would like to say the only way his credit card can be charged and not using the service if it auto-renews or he is still using the service.....Tell your boyfriend to call his credit card company and dispute the charge to get refunded for non usage of the service or if he refuses to do that then you will find out that he is still using the service and you go from there......

Good Luck

dispute the transactions, and have the credit card put a block onto it.
