What should I include in my speech on boredom? I know I'm going to end it with, "Nothing is boring, there are only boring people." Tell me your experience with the subject. A funny sanario would be good to put in too.

Most important is don't make your own speech boring.
make it short, make the audience paying attention to you by asking them questions inside the speech , don't be monotone, don't forget to remind them that the 1000 mile journey starts with a step meaning reaching any goal in one's life need persistence if we are going to get bored easily we will never reach our goals.
right?!

You might try including some jokes with vague punch lines, otherwise known as "intellegent humor". I have little exprience with being bored, so I can't help you much. Life is as boring as you make it.

You can base your speech on John Cage's famous symphony "four minutes and thirty-three seconds."
It would make your speech pretty easy to write, but a lot of people probably won't 'get it.'
