You will receive a call or letter from the court letting you know when your court date is. If the petition is not responded to in 30 days, contact your attorney and ask them what can be done.

you will find out in court. If he don't show up, don't worry about it. That's better for you. But if he has money more then likely he will show up. But if he don't show up like I said that's good for you and yes you still can get a divorce with him there or not.

yes, one person said it already, but you should receive the signed papers in the mail, if he signs them. Or they might be delivered by hand. Depends on the state. But you should receive them.

it will be delivered to him by a deputy if you live in america. he will go to the required court hearings. his only option is going to jail otherwise.
