Super Mario Sunshine?

If you have already beaten the game and saved the princess, what will happen if you go back and collect all the shine sprites?

To be perfectly honest, not much happens when you get all of the shines. The ending picture is different and you can get a hawaian shirt or similar from the tourist dude
