Which one is it enamel or porcelain or don't you know. I would suggest acetone free nail polish remover, but be very careful and only use a small amount.

It will come off easily and safely with nail polish remover. The acetone in nail polish remover dissolves super glue.

You can freeze it ...then it pops right off...Or use alcohol or nail polish remover the ace tone kind ...

if you go to homedepot or lowes they hve something in a can called mineral spirits cost about 5.00if you get the smallest size it comes in a can safest for tile or porcelin
