Is there way of saying " I'm just not into you" without hurting your feelings. If they really wanted something they would go for it even if it mean ruing the friendship. Sorry!

I've never said that to a woman in my entire life - that's usualy what women say to guys (and that's the reason that men hate being friends with women - cause we know that, once a woman sees you as a "friend" she will never date you)
