You probably have a urinary tract infection or bladder infection. This can be caused by a number of different bacteria, such as E. Coli, chlamydia, gonohrrea, P. Aeruginosa, to name a few. Go see a doctor. Pain during urination is not normal, and indicates a serious problem. Do a blood and urine test.

Sounds like you have bladder spasms or a bladder infection. Best to get a U/A done to see if there is an infection going on. Call your Dr. and let them know what is going on.

Something must be wrong. Please check exactly where is located a normal stomach, probably you will find that it's not hurting on you, but maybe something else. And if I where you, I run to the doctor for further examination.
