I am just starting her on formula today. She will get formula during the day and breasfed at night/early morning. I am going back out to work soon and trying to get her accustomed to formula since I have not been successful in pumping enough milk for her.

Hi My daughter will be 5 months next week she is eating 2-4 tbs of rice cereal in the morning and around dinner time. Formula she eats 3-5 ounces every 3-4 hours usually about every 3. They say a baby at this age should get anywhere from 4-6 ounces every 3-4 hours. I hope this helps :) take care

If i remember right, it's 4 ounces every 4 hours are as often as needed, if the baby is still not satisfied try adding a spoon or two of baby cereal to the milk, it will satisfy the baby better between feedings.
