1994 Ford F-150 / 5 Liter: Need help with finding out what a part is.....?

What is the part that is connected to the belt in the front right of the engine that is connected to the sepentine belt????
Please email back ASAP as I need to buy this part.

pull the part off and take it to the store. They should be able to identify it on the computer.
