It doesn't always need to be about sex. If he is always tried when he comes home, then that can get kinda annoying. I am not saying that it is not a good thing. Just not all the time. Cook him his favorite meal. Offer him something to drink. Ask him how his trip was. Take off his shoes and rub his feet. Maybe buy him something that goes with his job. Have some back up things ready for him, just incase sex is on his mind.

You can start by having a nice hot bath ran for him if he is the type to take a bath to relax. Dim the lights or have candles lit around the room setting the atmosphere for a relaxing and intimate evening in. If he drinks wine, pour him a glass while he is relaxing in the bath. When he gets out of the bath, give him a nice, long massage. Let him know how much you missed him and how happy you are that he is home. Simply love and pamper him.

Are there kids in the house? If so, you and the kids give him space to come home. I never like coming home to immediate demands on my time. I don't need long, just a few minutes to get my stuff put away, change my clothes and slip back into home mode. If you want to be really nice to him, drop the kids at a sitter, and make him a nice dinner, and maybe a bath together.

Have a nice hot shower together. Soap him and wash him sensously. Leave him nude but put on a short tee-shirt yourself that reaches half way to your butt-cheeks. Ask him to take a seat on his favorite sofa, while you parade around in your tee-shirt. Fetch him a nice cold beer or even better some bubbly. With your back turned to him, bend over and put on some nice soft music. Start with a slow, wet BJ and the right time, ride him cowboy style. You do all the work and just him enjoythe ride.

Some good food, with a cocktail, followed by a hot shower/bath with you rubbing him down, and then some good love'n. That always straight'ns me out after a long trip.
