We are friends and i can't even talk to him and she would get mad it's like i am losing both friends and i have nown him longer!!!

A lot of girls flirt and don't realize it. Make sure you treat him as if you were a guy, and he is another guy. No affection - no linking arms, hugging all the time, etc. Also, when you talk, talk to both of them, make sure you don't focus on him. If you do all this and she's still a bi*ch, I don't know what to tell you. Just be patient and hope for the best.

She's obviously jealous. Tell her to get over it, if you want him you could have him but he's just a friend. If she doesn't shut up, quit being her friend.
