It all depends on your body as each and every pregnancy is different. Some women do not have breast tenderness or any symptoms at all. Since it takes 6 to 12 days after conception for a fertilized egg to attach itself to the lining of the uterus, in most cases symptoms such as breast tenderness can occur anywhere from 6 to 12 days after conception. Some women have claimed to experience symptoms immediately after conception.

I never get sore breasts so I knew I was pregnant because of that. I had tender breasts and took a test and the test came out negative.....sooo I know it can start before the test works. I took the test a few days later and it was positive.
