I am guessing you want to know if there is a partition on your hard drive. If you only have one hard drive, open My computer and see if it just shows a "C" drive. If it shows a "D" hard drive also, then your hard drive has been partitioned. They use this in Raid 0. Also some people partition them to try and gain space but I don't much care for that. To much chance of hosing something up.

if you have only one hard disk installed inside your computer and show two hard disk in explorer it has a partition

Its Easy!!!!!!
right click on my computer & click on manage. finally click on Disk management. It will show you all the partition details.
