World peace. This is a much greater thing.
You can have all the money in the world, but there are so many problems in this world that can not be solved simply by throwing money at them.
World peace sounds so simple, but it requires so much from everyone. It would be beautiful if it were to happen, and I would pay $100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 to see it happen.
All the genuine love and tolerance and appreciation of life this would take to acheive makes it an impossible dream, but I dream for it, when we all realize how much we are all in the same and that we should all work together in our oneness.

My first inclination is to choose extremely wealthy because I'm doubtful that world peace will ever come to pass. Better to choose something that's actually possible, right? However, if I was very wealthy and other people around the world were suffering because they are not as financially well off or are subject to routine violence, I'd feel like crap. I'd rather foster the (perhaps futile) dream of world peace than experience the very real pangs of guilt.

If there were TRUE world peace, one could assume that wealth would be re-distributed evenly, so I'd definitely be better off than NOW, money-wise AND not have to worry about wars or just nasty people in general.
On the other hand, if you had EXTREME wealth, you could control more and try to force world peace. It seems that almost all wealthy people either ignore world problems or CREATE Them, by grubbing for more $, like the oil industry!
