Actually, the fact that your CPU is running at 100% when running WoW is unsurprising and perfectly normal. You have to consider that WoW, and for that matter, any modern computer game is an extremely complex piece of software that invovles several million calculations per second just to render even the most basic graphics. That's not to mention all of the stuff it's got to keep track of within the game engine itself. Your CPU will almost always be running at about 100% when you're doing anything of any consequence on your computer.
However, having said that, if you are having performance issues when you play the game, it could be that your processor is responsible, but you should look at other options first.
First off...do you have sufficient memory to play the game? You need to have at _least_ the minimum required amount of memory, and the fact is, unless you're running the amount of memory that they *recommend* you're probably going to see issues with game play. If you don't have enough memory, it's time for an upgrade!
Second, WoW and similar games are incredibly graphics intensive, and therefore require fairly cutting-edge graphics hardware. Again, does your video card meet spec? If it's just the minimum required, and not the "Recommended", you're probably going to see issues. If any component on your system is below spec, you're just doomed, and in fact, it would be surprising if the game worked at all on your system.
If your CPU, Memory and Video card are all up to scratch, then you need to start investigating other sources for your problem. Simply having a lot of stuff on your harddrive is not likely to cause a great deal of problems, as long as your other components are all right. One last thing I might suggest though is to increase the size of your swap/page file.
If you don't understand what I mean by page file, then you might be better off not attempting it, but I know that this tactic has been known to work in some cases.

World of Warcraft is a pretty intense game from a graphics standpoint, are you sure that your computer is up to the challenge. I mean does your machine fit the requirements.
And what do you mean by my cpu is running at 100% (this is pretty normal when gaming) does the game run slowly?
I am gonna guess it does so how about these suggestions.
1. Close all other programs (Including programs like Norton Internet Security and McAfee.)
2. Start world of warcraft then use the CTR+ALT+DEL (I am guessing that you use windows XP) when the Task Manager comes up right click on the world of warcraft program.
Choose go to process then right click the highlighted process.
Go to set priority then choose High. And just click ok when it warns you. (this is only dangerous when tampering with other processes needed by windows,)
3. UN-Install world of warcraft. That firefox may have changed it somehow. After you un-install it go into your hardrive and clear all the program files which corespond to world of warcraft or Firefox. To do this go to My Computer, Choose your main hardrive usually C drive then go to Program Files and Delete anything that has to do with World of Warcraft or Firfox
If you have two hardrives clear them both
Then after that is done Go to your start menu choose RUN type in regedit and click ok. (again this is only dangerous is you screw up and get the wrong thing.)
When the window pops up you should check out the program sections of these strings
HKEY Current USER
HKEY Local Machine
Hkey USERS
check them thouroughly for andything that is related to world of warcraft or fiefox. After you are done Re-start your computer and re-install world of warcraft.
