actually i was never married and he never really pay any attention to her and everyone needs to remember that you have not been in my steps and my daughter is the one suffering as far as seeing him she just hates him because she saids he was never there and he has been rude to me in front of her and tells her things and he wants to keep her for another hour to make us mad and yes my husband is involved in this because he married thats what REAL relationships do actually he has supported her since hes been with me!

You will have to go by what the judge has for visitation. If he cannot abide by what the court has set, then yes you need to take him back for contempt of court.

I think making child support payments gives him the right to his daughter. Since he is not paying he may not have any rights. As a matter of fact, I'm surprised he's not been ordered back to court or put in jail. I'd make it a court issue. I'm not sure why not calling you makes him an hour late. Let the courts help you soften his hardass attitude.

What is your problem girl????
#1 Remember you are the one who breed with him.
#2 Remember you are the one who is divorced from him NOT the child.
#3 His daughter is as much his as yours. Yet he has to put up with seeing her once every two weeks. Does this sound fair to you???? How would you like to see her only once every two weeks.
#4 I am sure you give him no feed back on her activities during those two weeks. How would you like to be left in the dark?
#5 Since the divorce everything has been about YOU, not about your daughter. Obvious since you already have a man in your bed.
#6 It sounds to me your are crying over $54 as much as he is.
#7 It is time to act like a grown up mom. Accept the fact you are tied to this man until the child dies (heaven forbid anytime soon)
#8 Act nice, tell your hubby to butt out, it is none of his business. (he better learn to deal with it, since he knowingly decided to be with a divorced gal with a kid)
#9 Forget the courts, learn how to act like a civil, compassionate human being.

Oh yes he is a real jerk. As long as he isn't hurting your daughter and you can do with outh the child support. I would let your daughter spend time with her father and just let it go. Try and make nice just for the childs sake. Believe me I know it is hard. I am going through the same issue.
