Mr Echo followed a vision of his brother so that he could speak to him and make his peace. Only it wasn't his brother it was that black smoke stuff. It lured him into the forest and then grabbed him, smacked him against a few trees and killed him.
Jack has confronted Henry and asked him about his back tumour. Henry then asked the blonde lady why she had told Jack he had a tumour, she said she didn't but Jack had seen the x-rays and Henry had obviously dropped himself in it by answering Jack (who was just guessing it was Henry). The blonde lady then went to pursuade Jack to do Henry's operation and gave him a film to watch. The Other's spy camera in Jack's 'cell' couldn't see the film but Jack could. As she was asking Jack to save Henry's life the film was actually of her holding up cards (in silence) with writing on them saying how Henry was awful and how some of the Others wanted a change and how Jack could very easily mess up the operation and kill him and she would protect Jack if he did it.
That was about it.

Mr Eko died :'( by a cloud?!? that's about it lol! O yeah and that women from the others who feeds Jack (Juliet or something?) made a video for him to watch telling him to mess up Henrys back tumor surgery and kill him because he is not a nice man.

There was a plane crash on some random beach an everyone survived but they got chased by some weird thing... its stupid that programme it just wouldnt happen.
