Personally I use a rule of three properties.
1st. Of Course attractive.
2nd . Body development
3rd. (most important) Hands & Feet, a women that doesnt take care of her feet (pedicure, nailpolish) and doenst pay attention to details with her hands (nice nails, nail polish & jewelry/ rings) will usally offer up some rather nasty unpleasent other characteristics that you wont find out about till its too late.
