Write a news release and send it to your local news media outlets. You might get a better response if you mail or fax the release, as an e-mail message might get lost in the torrents of spam journalists have to wade through.

TV might have more of an audience than radio, but not if it's like a budget local station that no one watches. Radio might be good though too if the radio station has the audience that would like your product or website.

Depending on how much you want to invest in your product launch you might want to consider hiring a public relations firm.
