Issue with a computer game?

I just got a new computer and I have been playing the Deal or No Deal game on it for the last 2 days. Today, the game doesn't seem to be running right. When you start it up, the program seems to get stuck and it repeats the same word over and over like a broken record. What's wrong?

If it is an on line game there could be a problem with the site you are playing off.

If it is a CD you could have a malfunction with the computer itself or the CD could have gotten scratched and is causing the problem.

Bad CD take game back where you bought it and get a replacement. If computer would have it checked out where you bought it from. New there is a guarantee.
