im due to take my driving test tommorrow(first time) up until now ive benn stress free and really looking forward to it but now its less than 24 hours away and im begining to panic a little bit.i keep thinking im going to do something seriously wrong! how do i control my nerves

As "dadknows" said, the instructor anticipates some anxiety.
relax, you know the rules right? You've been practicing, and it should all be second nature to you. Just LISTEN to what he says, do what he says, and nothing more.
It will be over and you will be on the road before you know it. Good luck! All drivers went through it, and survived! ;)

Keep this in mind: If you fail, you can always just go take it again. Nobody is going to yell at you or give you a hard time. It's a little embarrassing but its not a big deal.
I failed my first test because I couldn't parallel park. I was pretty bummed out, but I went out and learned to do it, took the test again and passed. Forgot all about it until I read your question just now. And when you are cruising down the road a few days from now, you'll forget all about it too. Best wishes!

Believe it or not, the instructor does make you nervous, but is there to help you. Take a deep breath, realize you want that license and a little driving test won't get in your way. In the meantime (hard to do) try doing something else that will take your mind off of it. Best of luck and see you on the road..
