I am nearly 11 weeks pregnant and have suffered quite badly with sickness and tiredness since I found out I was pregnant. Any way the past few days I have started to feel a little better. Evening sickness has begun to ease off although I still feel sick in the morning and was sick this morning. I am still tired but not quite as bad as a I was and people are commenting that I am starting to look a bit better. My breasts still feel a little tender. I am really concerned that all this means I have lost the baby. I heard that normally it is past 12 weeks that you start to feel better? Am I worrying too much?

You are worrying too much. The first 12 weeks are bad because of the baby on your bladder and all of the new hormones.

The second trimester (12 to 24 weeks) are going to be the most comfortable in your pregnancy. The baby has risen and is no longer sitting on your bladder and the hormones aren't as bad as they were.

The third trimester (25 to 40 weeks) , will be misery again. The baby drops back on to your bladder, your hips continue to spread and you feel like a giant duck.

Miscarriages usually happen before 12 weeks so take a deep breath and relax.

Congratulations!

Honestly, everyone and every pregnancy is different.
With my son I didnt have 1 pregnancy symptom until I was 13 weeks along...my morning sickness lasted a week and it was only in the morning.
With my daughter I got pregnancy symptoms before my period was even due, and my morning sickness was 24/7 from 6 weeks to 20 weeks.
If your morning sickness is really bad ask your dr for a prescription for Zofran or Promethazine (I had to take both to calm mine but normally one or the other helps you).

You are definitely worrying too much. At 11 weeks, you'd know if you lost the baby. It's just your early pregnancy symptoms easing up - there is no set time for when this comes and goes - enjoy!

There is nothing to worry about and you should not worry yourself, I am 27 weeks pregnant and still get sick first thing when I wake up, I run straight to the bathroom and have to brush my teeth. Also I still stay tired all the time but not as bad as it was in my first trimester.

Morning sickness is not a science. I was sick thoroughout my entire pregnancy. Others never experience morning sickness at all while generally morning sickness tends to subside aroud 3-4 months, it is a roll of the dice when if at all morning sickness will stop at all.

I hit 11 weeks yesterday and my nausea is still awful. You are lucky if it's getting better. Don't worry about the baby. There is probably nothing you can do, and the doctor will catch it at your next visit if something happens. Good luck! Stop worrying, relax :)

It's ok if these symptoms seem to be getting better. Your hormones are leveling off. 12 weeks is just an average.

yep its normal! i'm actually 12 weeks today and i feel about 200% better than i did earlier in my pregnancy. after your 1st trimester is over, its normal for you to have more energy and most symptoms to level out.
