Why does he do this?
this guy at my school who attends they same school as i, always stares at me and i feel its disrespectful. he has done plenty of times everytime im by myself, he could be in a group of girls and he does it and when he's by himself. he never says anything, i looked at him one time when he did and he didnt stop. but for some strange reason he speaks to me in public why does he choose to speak to me public. whats wrong with him

Maybe he likes what he sees but doesn't feel he has a chance in hell with you. If you like him then say hi when he is staring. See where it goes. If you don't like him then turn your nose up at him and just walk away. Or snap your tongue at him. He might just be shy too. That would hold him back.

He may want to just be friends. Why don't you try and be friendly with him instead of suspicious.

Ask him why he stares at you. Then you'll know.
