it really depends... I just bought a couple of notebooks from dell.com/fsi with a code that I had from a paper insert, but I really don't know if the codes would be good for international use...

Definitely go to Shopallstoresonline.com - You can compare from SEVERAL websites such as Best Buy, CompUSA, Dell, Toshiba, and sony Direct to name a few. They have EVERYTHING on there! You can actually order online from Best Buy and CompUSA and pick it up in the store if you want (free shipping sort of).
