If he 'declared himself King' as you suggest to 'help' the world,it would cause rebellion and revolt, leading to even more death, and should he enforce his rule by killing all that oppose him, would that not lead to a lowered quality of life for all? and in so doing how is that helping us, Killing those who wish for freedom, and causing all others to cower in fear sounds a lot like Iran, and Communist Russia
How does turning the world into that help everyone?
Communism only works in theory.
