What? If you are asking if you can get pregnant even though you haven't had sex in 18 months.....well, of COURSE you can. There is no 100% effective birth control method---except NOT having sex. It doesn't matter what days you have sex---if you weren't on the pill or using a condom......yes......you can get pregnant.

If you are just counting days then pregnency is never safe even when you use a condom there are chances. Get on the pill...........................
