Good for them!!! Supervisors aren't God though many like to think that they are.

I think the supervisors mistreat them. Personally, I would be scared to yell at my supervisor, but for those who have the nerve to do it, more power to you. There are alot of supervisors out there who really deserve it.

I personally feel that its inappropriate and immature. A person should act in a professional manner. Yelling will only get you in trouble, sometimes disciplinary actions will occur, write-ups, discharge, etc. Just use the right channels and go to proper management with concerns, complaints, whatever, instead of resorting to that kind of behavior. There's been many times when I felt like yelling, but its all about professionalism, no matter what kind of job you have.

Good for them as long as they do it smartly. It is nice to see people who do not take stuff off of anyone. Most of the time these "supervisors" are made of paper and they hide behind their title.

I depends on how they mistreat them.I mean,I had a terrible boos who used to yell at me and treated me very bad. So,as a matter of fact I did the same to him.Covering a managerial role doesn't mean they're allowed to treat you like crap.
