ok i got this friend that lives in japan and his girlfriend has recintly been put in the hospital because shes having severe seziures and she cant afford her medicane and without her medicane she will go into a coma well my friend is so sweet and this shows that he cares for alot hes been buying her medicane for her and hes not been eating and he sold his precious ps3 for her medicane it is so sad because her medicane is so expencive and ther is nothing over there to help people get there medicane it is aweful because she could die because nobody over there will help and my friend is almost out of money and another thing is i dont know what to say to him im afraid if i say anything it will amke it worse so could u give me some advice please?????????????????? because i have no clue what to do.

Living in a foreign country is so not like western life. We take alot for granted and are spoiled because of our health system.
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do. Does she not have any parents or grandparents who could help out?
How well do you know this guy????if he is an Internet friend, be careful......
Do not send money to him for any reason.
This could be a scam and you could be drawn into it...
At this point don't do any thing and don't offer....
They will figure out that you won't be sending money and they will go to someone else..
Do not be too trusting and don't be gullible.
