where is the refresh tab on the new internet explorer 7?

Hit F5 or look at the top of your computer monitor. Under the Microsoft Internet wording in the top blue line, is your Internet site address line. Look about 3/4 of the way across (from the left). You'll see a pair of curved green arrows, one points up and the other points down (right next to the red X). That's it!
