depends what your masturbating with ! As long as it s not a hedge trimmer or an electric toothbrush then i think it will be ok just be careful

I don't think it just is a brand mark question here!
Generally, the normal vibrator are used to masturbate and have no sharp-pointed thing!! I don't know what tool you used but if it was sharp-pointed or edged then some injuries were inevitable!
If injuries are just simple flesh wounds, don't worry.... as like as others (on the skin) they will go away in some weeks. I hope you disinfected them at least!
On the contrary, if lesions are wider while the bleeding doesn't end, go in the hospital ASAP.
