I would like to know if people who were incarcerated at the time of voting, Registered voters' were given the chance to vote, this also affected them and myself, for I am not allowed to smoke at work. I think we should be able to Vote again, since people were lied and didn't understand the smoking ban voting issues. Lacey

Felons lose the right to vote. Everyone should have the right to work in a healthy and safe environment. Smoking in a public place exposes people who work there to an unnecessary health hazard.

Felons can not vote and besides I dont want them affecting the laws I am forced to live with. Smoking is a political hot issue for only one reason TAX MONEY If I as a responsible human want to smoke I should be allowed to when and where I want non smokers have a freedom of choice to remove themselves if they are foolish enough to believe that their comfort is more important than mine then I am not even going to waste my time trying to defend my choices to them they are obviously way to self absorbed to be reasoned with. The info dragged out to support the bull s*it idea of second hand smoke is flawed but who am I to argue with the law you know besides a responsible hard working, tax paying citizen

If you're going to kill yourself, that's great. But you should NOT have the right to affect me, my husband, and my son. Besides, I have a relative who is allergic to smoke to the point where it could kill him. You think putting out your cigarette is an inconvenience???
