Considering aspects like taxes, politics, social issues, etc..

A millionaire can live well, in the USA with homes in places such as Singapore, the Greek Isles(go back and forth to Athens with the ferryboat), Bern, Paris(apartment on the Champs Elysee), London, English Country Side, Berlin(really cool for both young and old), somewhere in Tuscany, Montreal, Tokyo(Suburbs),both the Portuguese and Spanish Coasts,and whatever else pleases you.
Also I like all of Scandinavia(even in winter) and Austria. The Benelux Countries are great for weekends. When you want something different, take a cruise around the world.

You can try out living in different places of the world. That way u can figure out yourself the place u want to live in! When u are a millionaire of course u can do that, can u not? Try finding time for travelling and u'll get the best place to live. Visit India some time, its a beautiful country! I am from India, Mumbai. Thank you.

If you ARE NOT paying substanitial taxes to a foreign governement you HAVE TO PAY the US governent.
Get rid of your US citizenship and become a Bahamian or Cayman Islander.
