Pros and Cons of the NAFTA Super Highway?

Question

This is the first time I have heard of this, and since it will be running less than 10 miles from my home I am curious what peoples opinions are on it.....AND have you heard of it?

i am mixed on the issue. it would help fund improvements in our transportation infrastructure but could exacerbate our immigration and security issues.
