If you can get the use of Microsoft image suite click on new project and go from there if you can get some photos of teachers etc you can do a panto pasting faces on characters it's just click and drag on to who ever you want to image for eg you can have the largest lady as an ice skater or ballerina etc have fun hope this helps you
