Your dentist should be able to tell you better, but they should be. Most whitening strips are just a form of hydrogen peroxide that lift bleaches the stains off your teeth. When hydrogen peroxide breaks down, it just becomes water and oxygen. All the same, I'd check with your dentist to be sure.

Don't mind some people on here. I totally understand you. It is bad enough are body is going through all the changes such as stretch marks, really big sore boobs, are skin is dry and breaking out, we are achy, moody, nauseous, and whatever else and then have people tell you that you need to only worry about the baby. We as women always worry about are children born and unborn. But, we also want to feel good about are self's. And there is nothing wrong with that. We have a natural instinct to want to look are best. During the time of pregnancy it is especially important to maintain are appearance. If we start to lower are self esteem than that could lead to depression and that is not healthy for the women or the fetus. Just talk to your doctor and make sure you get an okay before you use any products like that. Good luck to you and stay positive. Remember pregnant women are beautiful!!!!!

I wouldn't just because during pregnancy your gums have more blood in them and tend to be more sensitive in general.
I do not know whether or not they are safe for baby. It should say on the insert. Package inserts are generally available on the website, so check out the website of the product you are thinking of using.

You should ask your doctor. But in the meantime, which is more important: White teeth or a healthy baby?
