If you include the Russian Federation, that will be the largest at 6,592,769 square miles.

Otherwise, it would be Canada, at 3,851,808 square miles.

If you include 'territorial waters' out to the 12 mile limit, the ranking is still the same (since there isn't 2.7 million square miles of territorial waters within Canada's borders). But the number gets a LOT closer than you might think ;)
