If you believe in Santa then don't you think that he would have a magical bag, like is depicted in The Santa Clause (1st) or it could be that he sends rockets loaded with toys for the children of the world like depicted in "The Night They Saved Christmas" so Santa can reload in each country; so pick which ever one you chose to believe.

Nope. Since Santa makes it to EVERYONE in the world in one
night, he's obviously mastered the space/time continuum.
Therefore, a bag that contains several warehouses' worth of
gifts (and produces the correct gift at the correct location) is
well within his powers.
