So what did you all think of Annapolis?

I know the movie is kinda old now. But I love the movie! James Franco is so hot!!!!!! So what did you all think? Do you think it was a good movie?

It was a great movie. James Franco is turning out to be an awesome actor. I saw him in Spiderman 1 and in Tristan & Isolde.

As a current midshipman at the Academy I can say that the movie while entertaining is completely unrealistic. Many of the buildings in the movie are nowhere to be seen on the academy grounds and while plebe summer is a difficult period of mental and physical training it is very different from what is portrayed in the movie.

The boxing action and they physical training aspect of life at the academy was fine, but it did not include enough of what must have been a real struggle for the character played by Franco--academics.

The first time I saw Annapolis, I was on a cross-country flight and didn't buy the headphones so I couldn't hear any of the dialog! It looked so interesting that I actually had to go rent it so I could understand what was happening!

kinda dissapointing. the clips made it look tons better then it actually was. i'm a military movie buff, and i watch every one that comes out, but this was not one of my faves. you're right, though. James Franco is very hot.

It was a rip-off of An Officer and a Gentleman.
Still, not a bad movie.

After seeing it twice, it was okay, really not what I expected. Glad I saw it though.
