empire commercial?

you remember that one guy from the empire commercials right? is he still alive? he looked the same in all of those commercials for years but now i dont see him in any of them anymore. does anyone kno what happened to him?

i live near chicago too but do you actually see him? all i see is an animation and his voice. not the actual guy.
