Ladies claim equality at work place but it is seen that they enjoy much much more than the males just by taking advantages of weakness of the males towards them. I was above the weakness to my colleague, but I wanted to go as per office decorum, a false allegation was made against me. They take too much of advantages but still they are not reliable and good for office. Every body is in their favour, now law also is in their side. How to change the scenario in Govt. offices.

Not sure what you are asking. Are ladies physically weak? Do men have emotional weakness? Not sure what you mean by saying you were above the weakness to your colleague. Were you stronger? Did you have to lift something they could not? Did you refuse to do some physical labor you thought they should do?
