Hey there again. Work out while the baby is sleeping. You can also using a walk (pushing the stroller) as a form of exercise....a brisk walk with a stoller is a good work out.

By the way, I can't resond to your message because you haven't confirmed your email address to yahoo answers. You can email me directly at chaim_roth@yahoo.com

Take walks, as long as its not frigidly cold outside, you can bundle even a 2 month old in the stroller and get out for a few minutes.

Use your baby as weight when lunging, doing situps, or other activities.

Things like that. Just stay active with your baby. You dont need to be sitting to care for baby.

I lost lots of weight when I had my baby. I am slimmer compared to my physique before I got pregnant. Pure breastfeeding helps. The time I dedicated in caring for my baby like carrying him around and washing his cloth diapers helped me stay in shape. Just maintain an active lifestyle.

While your baby sleeps you can excerise by doing jumping jacks or something that way they can sleep and you can still work out. If you want to do it while they are awake make sure they have a clean daiper, are fed, and are okay for a little while and sit them in a boucner if you have one in front of you and let them watch you excerise you still get the mommy/daddy and me time.

Depending on how old the baby is, get a treadmill. Or a stroller that's meant to go walking/jogging. Then you get the fresh outdoors plus a good workout.

home videos are good, leslie samsone does a walk away the lbs. my abs looked great after doing her video 3 mo. solid, just walking in the living room,

Also walks outside if weather permits, I have had three children, one with colic for 6 months, and never once heard a fuss with a long walk.

If you can or have a membership, go to the gym, make sure your hubby is there to sit, and take time for yourself. a healthy mom, is a happy family. you need space and time away.

WELL. TAKING CARE OF A NEW BABY IS A WORK OUT ALL IN ITSELF. TRY LAYING ON THE FLOOR AND PUT YOUR BABY ON YOUR LEGS, LIFT UP AND DOWN, WORKS GREAT ON THIGHS, BELLY, BUTT, AND THE BABY THINKS IT IS WORLDS OF FUN, TOO!!! THERE ARE ALOT OF WAYS TO MAKE YOUR WORK OUT TIME FUN FOR YOU AND THE BABY. PUT BABY IN STROLLER AND ROLLER SKATE AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD. GOOD LUCK AND ENJOY YOUR NEW BABY!!
