Wow! I think your friend should tell his wife first of all what their daughter has been up to. Then they need to sit her and her friends down and have a talk with them about invading others privacy.

How do you feel about going over there now to watch the football game? Do you think you can go take that restroom break with out having spying eyes watching your every move.

Their daughter has a problem and they need to get her help. Avoiding it can have major repercussions.

Trust is at stake here. Can you trust your friends daughter not to do something stupid such as making a move on to you or your buddies? That could make for a very ugly situation.

This can be played out in many different scenarios....with none of them being good.

Talk to your friend, let him know how you feel about this situation, and don't hide it from his wife. It could ruin their marriage if she finds out about it later and he never mentioned it. Sorry and good luck.

Tell her parents. Its wrong to video tape someone without their consent, whether it's harmless or not. With technology nowadays, you never know where that tape is gonna end up... and since the camera was in the bathroom, that can't be good.

I've found a camera that my roommate hid once. I talked to the police, and they told me depending on what is being done with the video, it could be prosecuted. In my case, it just turned out to be her home-made security camera for the front door. It doesn't seem so harmless in your case.

When I first read your question, my first instinct (and still is) Are you sure it was you and your friends they were spying on? Seventeen year old girls have better (no offence-I'm way past seventeen myself) things to do then spy on "old men". I think there is more to this and should be looked into. As to telling her mother, of course she should know. Just as the seventeen year olds should have to face and apologies to her victims. All of them. Maybe have a uniformed police officer present, but don't turn this over to the law, it's a family matter and can be dealt with "in family".

Now sit back and laugh-I think it's going to turn out the "joke" (and yes, in poor taste) is going to flop, which always makes for good humour.

I would make a sigh and carry it to the bathroom saying their names and I know what you are doing and hold it in front of the camera. I am sure the camera would come down very quickly and not be brought up by them. Then you don't have to say anything. Also just for fun I would wait a few days and ask, "So have you seen any good videos lately."

Whoa, that is a little wierd. I think that the wife should know and they need to have a little talk with the girl. It is very wrong. Shes 17 and not a child, so someone should say something.

the mother and father and the 17 year old need to talk and the 17 year old needs to know that what was done is wrong and be diciplined for her actions.

Why not tell his wife? She'll beat that sneaky little biotch good. Young women are to be disicplined by the older women...it's in the Bible!

they're called the police. what they are doing is wrong and someone should know about it. why not tell his wife obviously he is a perv. if you let this go on you won't have any right to complain because you could do something about it.
