I think Sheila did it but we don't yet know which character she is since she was supposed to have gotten plastic surgery. In this way the writers can get rid of her character again while we get to have all of the people that we love and hate remain.
It's just my guess.

I'm torn between Brad, Professor Korbel, and Gi Min (sorry if mispelled). I'm also somewhat leaning toward Jana.

I reallt think its Jana.....shes very suspicous and i styll dont understand y she came to gonoa city..... i dont think it was shelia who killed carmen bcuz y would shelia wanna kill carmen when shes mad at lawren....anyways i think its Jana
