go in to the admin pages for your router, commonly this would be done by going to http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.2.1.

you may need to put in an admin username and password that can be found by searching for your router and there should be settings for wireless.

Most likely your broadband is being piggybacked. Trying to tell you how to change channels here is NOT a good idea. Go to the website of your router manufacturer, or call their 800 number and tell them what's going on. They will talk you through this. And yes, you need to do this asap, unless you want someone to continue bouncing off your cable or dsl.

You need to go into your router setting and change it there. What type of router do you have that way I can tell you what tab it is?
