Talk to the managing authority and report this unauthorized and "Slacker" behavior immediately and that will be all you have to do.

Talk to your IT dept to have them set up what is known as a web proxy server. A web proxy server can control what content the end users are able to access and will also log all user activity which can be used as evidence if HR needs to terminate this person for violation of company policy. Most companies already use proxy servers and I have personally seen people escorted out of offices for things such as spending too much time on eBay, shopping, dating, and porn sites during business hours. I once setup a proxy server for a company I worked for and I personally was shocked to find what people spend their time looking at throughout the course of the day when they should be working.

NetNanny is designed for home use, not corporate environments. The purpose of a proxy server is that all web browsers send traffic to the proxy server, which acts as a gateway to the internet. The proxy server will have policies and access control lists set up to control who can access the web and what they are allowed to see and download.

Until then, do bring it to the attention of your HR dept, who will contact IT and look at this person's history list and cookies. The history and cookies are the smoking gun to get this person fired, but again, I strongly recommend your IT folks setup a web proxy server.

Contact your IT group and tell them to block that site because someone is accessing it.

If all else fails, NetNanny will block porn sites. Google "NetNanny" and download it to your system. You can set it to filter out all sites with adult content.
